Building traffic isn’t your problem

You can buy traffic. You isolate the problems that your products solve. You produce landing pages that relate to those problems. You create ‘yes!’ moments as your audience engages with your content. You build a customer base.

How? You buy traffic. You spend money. You spend the right level of money that delivers that right level of return for your business.

Focusing on the traditional sales funnel, your job is now complete. In they came, out they went. You acquired a customer.

What’s next?

How does that customer build rapport with your business? What are you doing to help create rapport? They bought your products, what more can those customers offer you?

Those customers are the future of your business. They’re not only potential repeat customers, they are all potential brand advocates. People who will talk about you, assist you and defend you. They’re your lifeblood. What are you doing today that helps turn your customers into advocates of your brand?

Your business problem isn’t in generating traffic. That’s easy. Your real problem, or opportunity (depending how you look at it), is creating an army of brand advocates.
