Your Conversion Strategy Training Workshop is a one-day session designed to identify how to grow your ecommerce business more profitably.

Prior to your Ecommerce Conversion Strategy Workshop we’ll have a 30-minute chat to understand both immediate and long term objectives. You’ll then provide me access to your GA account so I can run an initial audit so we hit the ground running.

Two Day Workshops cost £1750 +vat
For workshops taking place outside of the UK travel and accommodation costs will be added and agreed prior to your workshop taking place.
Your office/premises, wherever in the world that may be. We’ll need access to a room and a projector screen. You bring the sandwiches and I’ll bring the crisps.
Let’s try to keep the attendees less than 10. If it’s just you? That’s fine. Any more than 10 and we can easily lose focus. I do recommend getting people from other roles within your business involved. Marketing is no longer the role of just the marketer.
I do run 3 or 5 day tailored training workshop series for clients in Europe and North America. Get in touch and I’ll guide you through how this works and costs.
I’m available for 4 further weeks as you begin to implement the plan we have created. We’ll set up a dedicated Slack channel for discussion. I’m also available via Skype, phone and email.
Sure. 25% of your workshop costs are invoiced prior to the day. If, after the workshop you’re not 100% happy? I don’t invoice for the further 75%. My risk. Something I’ve never had to implement, but it’s there as a safeguard for you.
I work with fashion, lifestyle, luxury and specialist retailers.
I don’t work with generalists where price is your only differentiator.
